Indo-Pacific Supply Chain Resilience Consulting

Ground-truth risk intelligence. Compliance-ready remediation.
New regulations across the US, UK, EU and Asia-Pacific now require firms to demonstrate transparency over their technology supply chains or face fines, market exclusion, and forced component replacement. Most companies don’t know where their exposure lies until it’s too late. Anzenix provides the intelligence, partnerships and crisis preparedness to get ahead of that risk.
The Problem
Regulation Has Arrived. Opacity Is No Longer an Option.
The EU Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2, the UK Cyber Security and Resilience Bill, Australia’s Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (SOCI), US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and FY2026 NDAA all carry the same underlying demand: prove your technology supply chain is clean, traceable, and free from high-risk dependencies.
For firms with Indo-Pacific suppliers, partners, or manufacturing operations, that proof is hard to produce. Language barriers, deliberately opaque corporate structures, and rapidly shifting geopolitical realities make conventional due diligence inadequate.
We were built specifically for this problem.

Initial Exposure Assessment
Not sure where your risks sit? Start with a fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement designed to give you a clear picture before committing to a broader programme.
In two to three weeks, we identify your highest-priority supply chain exposures across the Indo-Pacific, map them against your specific regulatory obligations, and deliver a concise briefing with prioritised next steps.
This is the fastest way to understand your risk exposure and the natural starting point for any remediation or compliance work that follows.

Services
What We Do
Supply Chain Risk Intelligence
We deliver a forensic view of your Indo-Pacific technology supply chain; identifying high-risk suppliers, obfuscated corporate structures, sanctioned entities, and geopolitical vulnerabilities across hardware, software, and operations. Every finding is verified through primary sources, on-site due diligence, and direct stakeholder engagement. The output is a detailed risk report with prioritised remediation recommendations, presented directly to your relevant leadership.
Strategic Remediation
Knowing your risks is only half the work. We leverage established networks across Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and India to identify trusted alternative suppliers and facilitate new partnerships; removing high-risk dependencies and rebuilding your supply chain on compliant, resilient foundations. We manage the process from introduction through to onboarding.
Resilience Simulations
When regulation requires demonstrable board-level preparedness, or when leadership simply needs to know how it would respond to a supply chain shock, we design and deliver bespoke tabletop exercises. Each simulation is built around your actual products, operations, and risk profile, not generic scenarios. We stress-test your existing continuity and incident response plans and leave you with a concrete readiness report.

Why Anzenix
What Sets Us Apart
Ground-truth verification. We don’t scrape databases or summarise AI outputs. We conduct on-site visits, primary language research, and direct stakeholder interviews across the region — because the risks that matter most are rarely visible from a desk.
Compliance-first outputs. Our reports and deliverables are structured to serve your legal advisors, compliance teams, and auditors — not just your executive team. We write to the specific requirements of the regulations you face.
Indo-Pacific depth. Our Principal has spent two decades on the ground across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. That network and regional judgment cannot be replicated from London, Brussels or DC.
Multilingual capability. We conduct primary research and stakeholder engagement in English, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and French, accessing intelligence that would otherwise be invisible to your team.
Boutique by design. We take a limited number of engagements at any time. Every client receives direct principal attention from scoping through delivery.
